Detail: The light we see on earth comes from the sun and is 30,000 years old.
Temperatures at the sun’s core are estimated to be around 13,600,000 kelvins. Core fusion energy is forced to move through several continuous layers prior to reaching the solar photosphere when it then reaches space in the form of sunlight. Sunlight or kinetic energy emissions from the sun were created in the sun approximately 30,000 years in the past. We only see this energy now because it takes time to move through the atom density of the sun. Once the light energy has moved through the different layers in the sun, it then reaches earth in a short 8 minutes.

The sun’s upper surface emits charged particles known as solar winds, which are caused by elevated corona temperatures.
